This charming doll house was built by Louis Dietz in 1910 for a little girl named Alice O'Brian. Alice was born in 1905 in the New York Foundling Hospital and transported by train to Seguin to be adopted. Her adopted mother died nine months later. Louis and his sister, Mollie, adopted Alice.
